[Level 3] [55 min] [Run] [Sprints] This is a runner-focused workout with TRACK SETS as the meat of this workout. Mile run, 800s , 400s and 200s. Almost all running and pretty intensely at that. You will be asked to visualize the track as you are coached through this awesome workout. As always, anyone can do it and intensity can always be modified.
