This is a runner-focused workout with TRACK SETS as the meat of this workout.  Mile run, 800’s (two times around the track), 400s (one time around the track) and 200s (half a lap).  Almost 100% running and pretty intensely at that.  You will be asked to visualize the track as you are “coached” through this awesome workout.  As always, anyone can do it and intensity can always be modified.  Fluid Running Belt, Tether and Headset sold separately.
