[Level 2] [55 min] [Combo] [Sprints] [Run] This workout has the perfect combination of high intensity interval work combined with steady state running. The first 20 minutes of the workout includes pretty intense HIIT sets including run builds, ups, sprints and cross runner! After a short break we keep your heart rate in your lower to moderate zones with a guided non-stop 5K run (28 minutes) to include motivational quotes, mile markers and even fan signs.
