Description

The Fluid Running System includes the instructional videos, (1) Shallow (4) Deep water Audio Workouts, a flotation belt, a waterproof (IPX7) Bluetooth headset, a tether to keep you in place and a coupon for another workout of your choice (a $25 value!).   You’ll also receive access to the Fluid Running Premium Membership area of our website.  This members-only area gives you access to the instructional videos that will teach you the proper Fluid Running techniques, instructions for pairing the headset with your mobile phone and downloading the workouts.  You’ll also be given access to purchase additional workouts when they are released.

The Fluid Running Flotation Belt:  The belt will fit waist sizes 26 to 52″ (the foam does not need to wrap completely around the waist for it to be effective). Foam is approx. 27-29″ long x 5½ -6″ wide. Black strap is 50″ long.  Belt/Strap weight is approximately 12 ounces.   Important Note: THIS IS NOT A LIFE-SAVING DEVICE nor has it been approved by the United States Coast Guard as a life-saving device.

IPX7 Bluetooth Headset: Bluetooth Wireless Headphones, Durable IPX7 Waterproof Sports Earphones w/ Mic, HD Sound w/ Accurate Bass, Secure Comfort Fit Earbuds; Noise Cancelling Sweatproof Headsets

Tether: Adds resistance and intensity. 5′ tether attaches to a pool ladder or lane line.  Note: It is not required to use this if you don’t have something to attach to.

Introductory Audio Workout: This introductory workout spends time on perfecting the Fluid Running form and eases you into a really great, but slightly shorter workout.

Good Times Roll Audio Workout: This workout really mixes it up and will challenge your whole body and your cardiovascular system!

Riptide Audio Workout: Who wants to get their heart rate up?  This workout includes lots of short and fast intervals and a couple longer sets at a higher intensity.  No rest for the weary!

Additional Complimentary Workout:  Upon purchase of the system, you will receive an email containing a coupon that can be used to purchase a workout of your choice in addition to the three that come with the system (a $25 Value!).

Fluid Running Members Page:  You’ll receive access to this members-only area when you purchase the Fluid Running System.  You’ll create an account and password at checkout that you use to login into the Members Only area.  This Members Only area gives you access to the instructional videos and instructions for pairing the headset with your mobile phone and downloading the workouts.  You’ll also be given access to purchase additional workouts when they are released.
