H2Go Workouts

Whether you are a runner or a non-runner, looking to lose weight, or are injured, these workouts are for YOU.  Every one of these workouts is tailored to YOU because you control your “speed” and therefore the difficulty of the workout.  Most of our workouts include running and a combination of our other signature movements. Some of our workouts focus mainly on running.  Our running focused workouts include: 10K, Running On Empty, Max Out, Life Is A Highway.  Click on the workout title for more of a description, or read our Understanding H2Go Workouts article.

  • $15.00 [30 min] [High Intensity] This is 30 minutes in length and after a brief warm up, ramps right into hard sets at 90% effort or better.  The sprints and cross-sprints are super challenging as well as the longer/harder sets.
  • $20.00 [55 min] [Endurance] [Sprints] Sets are longer and tougher. A good mix of running, endurance running and longer interval sets mixing in the other movements. There are some sprints….one minute sprints!

  • $20.00 [56 min] [High Intensity] Three pyramids, two are sprint pyramids and one is a longer interval pyramid building up to 4 minutes at a fast pace. A lot of running, some cross country and ends with an intense Tabata set.

  • Take the Long Way Home Workout $25.00 [90 min] [Endurance] This 1.5 hour workout includes 7 miles of running interspersed with several other movements. The final 3.1 miles of this workout is a non-stop 5K run!  You can also end at 30 min or 1 hour.
  • $15.00 [30 min] [Recovery]  Helps flush out muscle soreness and lactic acid build up that may have been caused from a hard workout or race.  This is a recovery workout that eases you into a few harder running and flutter sets.

  • $20.00 [62 min] [Run] We motivate and challenge you to run from start to finish with a few hills to tackle, short pick-ups, mile marker-shout outs and water stops to make you feel like you just completed a 10K race.
  • $20.00 [55 min] [Long Runs] [Mix] Bigger, longer sets! Nothing less than a minute and sometimes you'll find you'll run through a whole song - up to 4 straight minutes!  Alternates between a moderate and higher intensity.
  • $20.00 [55 min] [Track Workout] This is a runner-focused workout with TRACK SETS as the meat of this workout.  Mile run, 800's (two times around the track), 400s (one time around the track) and 200s (half a lap).
  • $20.00 [55 min] [Running] [Endurance] This workout is geared more towards the runner, but like all Fluid Running workouts, anyone can do it!  Mostly running with some other movements to keep it interesting!
  • $20.00 [55 min] [Running] [Sprints] Strength, core and cardio! The perfect workout combo. Longer sets, some harder, engaging core and arms a bit more. Taking advantage of the resistance of the water!
