Fluid Running® LLC. is fully committed to PCI compliance and providing all of our customers with a secure checkout solution. We DO NOT store any credit card or financial data on our servers. The credit card information used for payment is posted directly to our merchant gateway, Authorize.net, using the WooCommerce Authorize.net Direct Payment Method that is compatible with our shopping cart solution.
The Authorize.Net DPM Payment Gateway handles all the steps in the secure transaction while remaining virtually transparent, thus simplifying PCI compliance.
Customer data is protected with 128-bit SSL encryption. Digital fingerprints enhance security, providing multiple layers of authentication. A payment form is utilized in the checkout process pay page which is posted directly to the secure Authorize.net servers.
Fluid Running LLC respects the privacy concerns of the visitors to Fluid Running (the “Web Site”). Unless a specific store transaction or request for information is initiated by a site user, no personal information is automatically collected.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or place an order. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter personal data which may include name, address, email, phone number and credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related products, ongoing training or service information, etc.

This data may be added to our Constant Contact account to be used for direct Fluid Running communications. We sometimes use e-mail addresses and other personally identifying information to contact visitors who communicate with us. Each e-mail newsletter or bulletin contains instructions on how to discontinue receipt of the newsletter or bulletin.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
