The first 20 minutes of the workout includes pretty intense HIIT sets including run builds, ups, sprints and cross runner! After a short break we keep your heart rate in your lower to moderate zones with a guided non-stop 5K run (28 minutes) to include motivational quotes, mile markers and even fan signs.
