What You Need

  • A flotation belt for the deep water workout.
  • A way to listen to the workouts Bluetooth headphones, (ideally waterproof) , speaker, or even your phone speaker (on deck close to you).
  • A pool that is deep enough that your feet won’t touch bottom, wearing a flotation belt in the deep water. At least waist high for the shallow workouts.
