Our FREE sample 28 minute deep water workout, and 15 minute shallow water workout include a few signature movements, along with the necessary instructional videos. Create your login for our app and you’ll be Fluid Running right away.
What You Need
- No equipment needed for the shallow water workout, but a flotation belt is needed for the deep water workout
- A way to listen to the workouts Bluetooth headphones, (ideally waterproof) , speaker, or even your phone speaker (on deck close to you).
- A pool that is deep enough that your feet won’t touch bottom, wearing a flotation belt in the deep water. At least waist high for the shallow workouts.
