Fluid Running has allowed thousands of people to continue to workout even with many kinds of injuries and pain, from back and neck pain, to injured hips, knees, bones and tendons. Workouts done in the deep water are 100% non-weight bearing so there is zero negative impact on the body. Workouts done in the shallow water are very low impact and great for those transitioning to weight bearing protocol. Beyond the ability to get a great strength and cardio workout, the hydrostatic pressure of the deep water increases the circulation in your body, often speeding up healing time.
