Not only will the no-impact nature of deep water running help prevent injuries, but we’ll also work with you to incorporate it in a way that will improve athlete performance.
Rehab Injuries – If injuries do happen, your athletes can do the workouts individually to provide a quicker, and stronger return.

Flexible Scheduling – Workouts can be started by a facilitator on a Bluetooth speaker. The audio workouts can be played any time of day.
Easy Management – The class facilitator sets up the speaker, checks attendance, and starts the audio workout. A facilitator can be a class participant or a trained facility employee.
