I have used Fluid Running for patients who have needed to continue training even when injuries have necessitated a break from running.  We have sent world ranked dancers, professional runners as well as weekend warriors to utilize Fluid Running in order to continue cardio-pulmonary training while injured.   I have had many runners who have been injured during training for marathons and have used Fluid Running right up to the week before and were able to complete the marathon!
