You’ll get access to our sample audio workout, instructional video, and printable workouts. If you decide you want to upgrade to a System, you’ll receive a discount code towards that purchase.

Activate your Fluid Running Account

Upon activation, you will go to a shopping cart with your workout package. Select the Proceed to checkout button, and then fill out the checkout form. You will enter an email/password which will be used to login to the app.
