World Arthritis Day Challenges
Last year we raised over $150,000 for ALS with the Fluid Running Marathon for ALS. We’ve created Fluid Running Challenges to raise money for the Arthritis Foundation. When we talked about what most often “impacts” our Fluid Runners, the answer was clear — arthritis pain. Signing up for a challenge or donating gets you the new World Arthritis Day 5K workout for FREE. Together, we can help more people discover that movement is medicine.
Why Fundraise for Arthritis
How the Challenges Work
Sign up below to complete a fundraising challenge (or donate at least $25) and get the World Arthritis Day Fluid Running 5K Workout! All proceeds, including $25 challenge registration fee, will be donated to the Arthritis Foundation.
World Arthritis Day 5K
To complete the Fluid Running 5K, you’ll need to complete the 5K workout, which is 30 minutes of nonstop running in the water.
World Arthritis Day 10K
To complete the 10K, do the 5K twice, or our purchase our Fluid Running 10K, both equal about 1 hour of nonstop running in the water.
World Arthritis Day Half Marathon
To complete the Fluid Running Half Marathon, you’ll need to run for 2 hours nonstop in one session — all in the water!
You’ll have 60 days from the time you sign up to train & complete your challenge, and we’ll set you up for success with our Fluid Running Half Marathon Training Plan.
World Arthritis Day 350 Challenge
To complete 350 minutes of Fluid Running in 30 days you’ll have to complete roughly seven full workouts.
