Deep water running has been in the athlete toolbox for years, most often for injury recovery, but not always done correctly. With Fluid Running, we’ve made it simple to start and hard to quit. What is Fluid Running H2Go?
Fluid Running H2Go is a system that consists of an app, instructional videos to learn proper deep water running form, coached workouts, Bluetooth waterproof headphones, a flotation belt and tether. The program is designed to optimize your time, and increase the benefits and results of training in the water. Workouts are downloaded or streamed through the app and led by founder Jennifer Conroyd who is a USATF trained coach, A.C.E. certified personal trainer, marathoner, triathlete and Ironman. Jennifer teaches proper form through her exclusive 5 step method which breaks down the running form into easy steps that maximize heart rate and Vo2 output. The training and workouts include 10 additional techniques to engage all muscle groups including core, quads, glutes, hamstrings, biceps and triceps. It’s for these reasons that this new way to workout was featured in Runner’s World this August and named by Men’s Journal as the top “20 Workouts in America.”
