[Level 3] [56 min] [Run] [Endurance] [Sprints] Not for the faint hearted. This is a HIIT workout that will help improve your V02max. The meat of this workout is three pyramids, two are sprint pyramids and one is a longer interval pyramid building up to 4 minutes at a fast pace. A lot of running, a little bit of cross country and finishing with an intense Tabata set.
