Description

The Fluid Running Digital Bundle is designed for those who already have a flotation belt, waterproof, Bluetooth headset and tether.  The Digital Bundle includes:

• Access to the Fluid Running Premium Membership area of our website.  This members-only area gives you access to the (11) instructional videos that will teach you the proper Fluid Running techniques, instructions for pairing the headset with your mobile phone and downloading the workouts.  You’ll create an account and password at checkout that you use to login into the Members Only area.
  
• Introductory Audio Workout – This introductory workout spends time on perfecting the Fluid Running form and eases you into a really great, but slightly shorter workout.
• Good Times Roll Audio Workout – This workout really mixes it up and will challenge your whole body and your cardiovascular system!
• Riptide Audio Workout – Who wants to get their heart rate up?  This workout includes lots of short and fast intervals and a couple longer sets at a higher intensity.  No rest for the weary!
• Access to purchase new workouts as they are released.
• Access to the premium content on the Fluid Running App (iOS and Android).
• Note: This item does not include a flotation belt, headset or tether.
