We Teach You How

Fluid Running™ (deep water running) classes will challenge you whether you are in peak physical condition or trying to get in shape. Classes are friendly and encouraging and led by a certified Fluid Running™ Instructor. The roughly one-hour workout combines moderate aerobic running sets with high-intensity intervals and sprints, along with a few other movements to challenge other muscle groups. Safety Measures

The health and safety of our community is our highest priority. FMC has introduced deep-cleaning process, social distancing practices and other safety measures to help protect our facility and community.

Do I have to be a swimmer?

Fluid Running is not a swim workout. However, you should know how to swim and be comfortable in deep water.

Is this only for runners?

No. This is not just for runners. Fluid Running is geared for all participants, no running experience necessary!
