International Shipping and Delivery Policy (Shipping to International Destinations):
- Prices are shown in US Dollars.
- We currently use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for our shipping service.
- We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.
- Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We do not collect this beforehand, and can’t give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- We try to ship every order as soon as possible but please allow a few extra days for us to complete the customs paperwork

Return & Refund Policy on Merchandise for H2Go and Headset Customers:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied, you can send everything back for full refund. The refund does not include the return shipping cost unless the belt, tether or headset are defective. Please contact returns@fluidrunning.com for more information.
Return & Refund Policy on Merchandise (Except H2Go Customers):
All sales are final. No returns. No refunds without a shipping receipt signed “received damaged” by customer, permitting damage is communicated within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
Refund on Training Workshops and Certification Renewal Fee:
Because access to our training may begin immediately upon checkout, no refunds will be given for our training workshop fee. The Renewal fee may be cancelled with 30 days written notification to info@fluidrunning.com.
Facility License Agreements:
The effective date of the Facility License Agreement shall be the date that is 30 days after the agreement has been signed by Fluid Running LLC, a copy of which will be sent to your facility via electronic mail. Facilities must pay the non-refundable $300 monthly license fee for 12 months subject to the terms and conditions of the Fluid Running Facility License Agreement. Upon following these terms and conditions, a facility will be deemed a Fluid Running licensed facility. Refer to the Fluid Running Facility License Agreement for further terms and conditions related to termination of this agreement.
Instructor License Agreements:
Effective as of the date the Instructor receives written notice from Fluid Running (FR) that it has passed the Training workshop FR grants (i) Instructor a certification and license to teach the Program at a FR licensed Facility, subject to payment of the Certification Fee (as defined below) and (ii) a non-exclusive, personal, nontransferable, limited license (without the right to sublicense) to use the Mark in connection with the teaching of the Program by the Instructor at a FR licensed Facility and to identify Instructor as a Fluid Running® instructor, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions set forth in the Fluid Running Certification Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, Instructor may only teach the Program at a FR licensed Facility and may only use the Mark in conjunction with teaching the Program at a FR licensed Facility. In the event an instructor does NOT pass the training workshop, FR will provide written notice, and the Certification fee will not be charged 12 months from the date of this transaction furthermore all terms and conditions of the FR Certification Agreement shall be null and void, however sections 5, 6, 7(b),8 and 9 of the Fluid Running Certification Agreement shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of said Agreement.
Instructor may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to Fluid Running as detailed in the Fluid Running Certification Agreement. Fluid Running may terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Instructor as detailed in the Fluid Running Certification Agreement.
