“The Fluid Running certification workshop is worth every penny! With the Fluid Running certification, I immediately launched an entire Fluid Running program with my local Park District.  Because of the tools that come with the Fluid Running certification (i.e. website, logos, sample letters, press release, etc.), I was able to pull together my proposal in 30 minutes.  I will make my investment back in less than 30 days.  It’s a great win-win opportunity for you to make money, your facility to see an immediate profit and your participants to have fun and get a great workout”. – Joan Tuisl

Beyond training in deep water running and instruction, instructor trainees will learn about the physical body – bones, muscles, cardiovascular system and the roles they play in deep water running and the body’s physiological response. The course will detail all the benefits of deep water running for the average person, athlete or injured participant. Between classroom and pool time, instructor trainees will become expert water runners and teachers.

Instructors will be certified by Fluid Running and have all rights to teach using the Fluid Running brand and program upon successful completion of the workshop, online and practical test.  Participants will be required to sign liability waiver and, in order to teach Fluid Running, will be required to sign the Fluid Running license agreement.  The Fluid Running license will be valid for one year from date of the certification course.   Must be 18 years old.

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothes

Swim suit (2)

Pair of shorts to throw over wet suit on deck
